Head movement

my grandfather once showed me a demonstration with a wine cork. He pointed out that the cork would represent my head and when we put the cork on water , the water here would represent my body. Because the water being calm the cork will float and find its own level. And when we stir up the water you will see the cork bobbing around. His observation was that how effectively is it really for the golfer to go and hold the cork still. So when you are told that you are moving your head, it is what people have seen. But now you know what has caused your head to move ;it is faulty body movement. The head therefore is an indicator. But because the fault of head movement lies in the body movement it is unwise to overly use head still as this can have the effect of shackling any body movement and reduce your power considerably.
