A slice comes when the club head is drawn across the ball from the outside the line and sharply in to your left. I will explain how this can happen.

1/ If the shoulders start first and pull the hands after, will do it. This is a swing of the body and not a pivot.

2/ If your right shoulder comes around on a level with your left, it turns your whole body to the left and will do it.

3/ When the club goes through, if your weight has not gone forward to your firm left leg, you will see the club head is again drawn in to your left.
