7/ DIVOTS AND KNEE JOINTS

Knees are crucial to the mechanics of swinging a golf club.  The knee, the largest joint in the body, is a highly complex junction of four bones, and a collection of muscles, ligaments, tendons, bursae, blood vessels and nerves.
The knee enjoys hardly any protection from muscle or fatty tissue and its situation as a hinge between two large long bones, the femur and the tibia, makes it susceptible to injury and accidents.
Take care of your knees for the sake of your comfort and your golf.

Knee Exercise:

On hands and knees (with knees on cushion) rock back and forward as far as comfort allows without moving your hands and knees, for three or four minutes daily.

Hands and knees steady; move your body back and forward to mobilize the knees.
