Nervous System

The Nervous system is affected greatly by habits. When habits are aquired the nerves establish what are known as 'Brain Paths' and then movements or thoughts become a 'Remembered AUTOMATIC Feel' . Habits remain a part of the Nervous System even though they may not be used for a long time.
When the body becomes tired , recently acuired skills often break down because they are not completely automatic. The resulting conflicts of old and new habits often cause a confused swing, generally a slice or a hook.
Here is an understanding on hpw HABITS are formed.
1/ two nerve fibers are unrelated.
2/ action brings the fibers together.
3/ repetition links the fibers to make an automatic thought path.
4/ fibers seperate when not in use. But a brief practice will re-join them.
