Our Story
I just want people to be able to practice golf easily
My name is Max McCole. I’m not a pro. I’m just an average golfer who’s loved the game since I was a kid.

Like a lot of people, life got in the way of me getting better. Work, commitments, time - you know how it is. But somehow, I always found myself back on the course. The problem? Golf’s just not that easy to stick with. Not in the real world.

It always bugged me that I could sign up to a gym in five minutes, or train for footy, basketball, or literally any other sport without much hassle. But golf? Suddenly it's $30 for a bucket of balls at a packed range, nowhere to actually focus, no structure - just swing until your hands hurt. Then you deal with booked-out tee times, slow rounds, clubs that feel stiff and unwelcoming, and half the time you can't even get on the course.
It shouldn't be that hard to practice something you love.

That’s why I created Always Golf - to build a space where golfers could train, play, and enjoy the game on their own terms. No pressure. No weird looks. No waiting around. Just walk in, swipe in, and get to work. Hit balls, play a round with mates, do a gym session, or just relax and clear your head.

It’s golf, built more like a gym: 24/7 access, no sign-up fees, no tiered plans, and no lock-in contracts. Whether you’re chasing scratch or just trying to stop slicing your 7 iron, Always Golf is your space.

If it’s for you - awesome. Come be part of it. If not, no hard feelings.

But if I can help even a few golfers actually enjoy their practice again, then this whole thing will be worth it. Because no matter your skill level - breaking 80 or just happy to be on the course - you deserve a place to play your way.

Golf, your way. Always.
