Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for a membership, accessing the facility, or using any Always Golf services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“the member”) and Always Golf.

​

2. Members-Only Facility

Always Golf is a strictly members-only facility.

  • No casual bookings permited

  • Public may enter the facility during staffed hours to view the facility

  • Non-members may only use the facility with prior approval from Always Golf or during an approved trial period
     

3. Membership Access & Inclusions

An active membership provides:

  • 24/7 access to the facility

  • Access to simulator bays (subject to availability and booking rules)

  • Full use of gym and putting area

  • Online booking privileges

Access is strictly limited to the registered member only.​

  • Any misuse may result in:

    • Immediate suspension

    • Termination of membership

4. Guests & Unauthorised Access

To maintain a secure and fair environment:

  • Members must not allow non-members into the facility without prior approval

  • Access credentials (FOB, codes, etc.) must not be shared

If unauthorised access occurs:

  • A $99 fee per non-member may be charged to the member’s account to cover administrative, security, and operational costs

  • Always Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately

5. Bookings & Facility Use

  • Simulator sessions must be booked through the official booking system

  • Bookings are subject to availability

  • Members must respect booking times and vacate promptly at the end of their session

  • Members may hold a maximum of 2 active bookings at any one time

  • Always Golf reserves the right to adjust booking limits to ensure fair access

Failure to cancel or attend a booking may result in:

  • Loss of booking privileges, or

  • A temporary booking restriction

6. Membership Fees & Payments

  • Memberships are billed weekly or monthly, depending on your selected plan

  • Payments are processed automatically

  • Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available

Failure to make payment may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Additional fees where applicable

  • Always Golf reserves the right to adjust membership pricing

  • Existing members will be notified in advance of any changes

7. Cancellation Policy (30 Days Notice)

  • Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice

  • Notice must be submitted via email to: team@alwaysgolf.com.au

  • Membership remains active and billable during the 30-day notice period

No refunds will be provided for unused membership time.

8. Membership Pauses

  • Membership pauses are not guaranteed

  • Any pause must be approved in writing by Always Golf

  • Always Golf reserves the right to approve or decline pause requests

  • Members can pause for a maximum of 6 weeks total per calendar year

​

9. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Use all equipment safely and as intended

  • Treat the facility, equipment, and other members with respect

  • Leave the space clean and tidy after use

Always Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately for:

  • Unsafe behaviour

  • Misuse of equipment

  • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct

10. Security & Surveillance

For safety and security purposes:

  • The facility may be monitored by CCTV

  • Members consent to being recorded while on the premises

  • Access systems may log entry times and usage

​

11. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Always Golf provides recreational and fitness services.

By using the facility, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You participate at your own risk

  • You are responsible for your physical condition and ability to safely use the equipment

  • You accept all risks associated with golf, gym use, and physical activity

To the extent permitted by law, Always Golf is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or illness

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

12. Damage to Property

Members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

Always Golf reserves the right to charge members for repair or replacement costs.

13. Changes to Terms

Always Golf may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be published on the website. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
